We shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any goods or services from the website, and shall have the right and not be liable for refusing to process an order.

All information within the site is as accurate as possible, but could also be prone to error. Although prices and descriptions could change over time and through this there could be errors. All errors incurred shall be rectified immediately, once brought to our attention. We are not liable for any losses that may occur.

We reserve the right to change/amend the descriptions/specifications of our products. On occasion the products that are supplied could differ from those that are displayed within the site. If this should occur, you shall be informed of the change/amendment. Then be given the option to cancel the purchase or reselect in accordance with our policy.

We (www.norautonom.com) are entitled to change these terms and conditions at any given time. This shall not affect the existing terms and conditions accepted by you the buyer upon making a purchase via our web site. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your use of this site at any time without any prior warning.

All content within www.norautonom.com and its copyright are all owned by Nicolas Olivier Richard. This includes all graphic images, logo, price information, pictures and text.

Images and graphics have been created in house, by the web design team and/or have been obtained with permission to be used within the site.

Nothing within the site may be copied and/or used without prior consent from us. Any unauthorized use of any of the above shall result in copyright infringement.

In order to make a purchase you have to be of legal age (age 18) and be registered to norautonom.com. You will get registered at the check out once you’ve placed your first order.

The registration is free of charge and will able you to receive newsletters. For any future purchases on norautonom.com you just need to sign in with your username and password.

The order processing is easy: just select the item and the size that you would like to add to your shopping bag. When you’re ready to check out, click on the shopping bag at the top right hand corner, and click on the check out tab. We will then guide you through the entire check out process. Before final payment you can at any time review your shopping bag and add or remove items.

All orders aim to be processed and shipped within 24 hours subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We do not guarantee however that all items presented on norautonom.com are available in stock at the time of your order. In the case of an incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you shortly via email or by phone.

You will receive a confirmation via email when the order is placed followed by an additional shipment confirmation with the tracking number once the parcel is dispatched.

To provide you with the most accurate sizing table we measure each style and each size, giving the most commonly used product measurements. To help you choose the best size, we recommend that you use these definitions and compare each products measurements with a similar garment that fits you well.

JACKETS AND TOPS
Lay the garment down on a flat surface and take the measurements as displayed on one side only, make sure the garment is really flat without wrinkles.

a: SHOULDER
Measure from shoulder tip to shoulder tip

b: CHEST
Measure the chest at the fullest part, placing the tape
close up under the arms

c: WAIST
Measure the waist at the narrowest part of the jackets/tops body.

 d: BOTTOM WIDTH
Measure the bottom width at the fullest part of the jackets/tops body

e: SLEEVE LENGTH
Measure from the tip of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve

f: BACK LENGTH
Measure the back length from the center top of the back piece to the end of the back piece

BOTTOMS
Lay the garment down on a flat surface and take the measurements as displayed on one side only, make sure the garment is really flat without wrinkles.

g: WAIST
Measure the waistband

h: INSIDE LEG
Measure the distance from the top of your inside leg (at the crotch) to the end of the trousers leg

i: SEAT
Measure the seat of the trousers at fullest part of the back, usually at the top of the back pockets (jeans)

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
We accept VISA and MasterCard.
When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been carried out.

PAYPAL
PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out.

Nor Autonom uses DHL servicepoint for all domestic shipments.
You will receive the order within 1-3 business days and will be notified via email or SMS when the parcel is ready to be picked up at your nearest servicepoint.

EU
Nor Autonom uses UPS courier service for most shipments within the European Union.
You will receive the order within 3-5 business days. UPS Couriers usually operates between 8 am to 6 pm and will require a signature upon delivery, if possible we recommend you to use your work address for deliveries.

Nor Autonom insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. Once you’ve received and signed for the parcel, the responsibility of the purchased goods passes to you.
Kindly note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Nor Autonom is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Nor Autonom will accept returns and exchanges on all items within 14 days of order receipt.
You need however to contact customer service and request your exchange or refund via email () with a brief explanation of your exchange/refund, as well as the item’s name, size and style code.
Upon acceptance of your exchange/refund, please return your unwanted items with the label tag and the original receipt, in original unused conditions. Shipping and customer charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Upon receipt of exchange, we will send you the new item free of charge. All exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds will be re-credit to the original purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account for the sum paid less postal costs within 30 days of us receiving your return.

Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange cannot be granted. If Nor Autonom fails to go through with it’s commitments because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control, due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Nor Autonom cannot be held responsible.
