You will receive the order within 1-3 business days and will be notified via email or SMS when the parcel is ready to be picked up at your nearest servicepoint.

Nor Autonom uses UPS courier service for most shipments within the European Union.
You will receive the order within 3-5 business days. UPS Couriers usually operates between 8 am to 6 pm and will require a signature upon delivery, if possible we recommend you to use your work address for deliveries.
Nor Autonom will accept returns and exchanges on all items within 14 days of order receipt.
You need however to contact customer service and request your exchange or refund via email () with a brief explanation of your exchange/refund, as well as the item’s name, size and style code.
Upon acceptance of your exchange/refund, please return your unwanted items with the label tag and the original receipt, in original unused conditions. Any returned items that are not accompanied by the copy of your original receipt will not be accepted.
